 UL标准绝缘跟护套均匀厚度怎样算的，没变跟国标算法有什么不同么

均匀厚度是经过UL标准设定的乘以0.0254吧、那他的最小厚度呢？是用他的均匀厚度乘以0.9减去0.1么？要害就是他的最小厚度让人搞不懂，好像是绝缘层的最小厚度跟护套层的不一样吧？

15mils是均匀厚度 13mils是恣意点的最小厚度  按均匀厚度15mils做线材  但最薄不能小于13mils 不然就是不符合UL标准了
